DIRECTIONS:
- Spread the cheese evenly forming a 7-inch diameter circle in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
- If holes form as the cheese melts, sprinkle bits of cheese into the holes to fill them
- Use a spatula to round & smooth the outer edges
- Flip the cheese when the edges start to brown
- Cook until both sides are golden brown
- Allow the shell to cool for a few minutes before placing it on a taco holder where it will harden into the shape of a taco shell
Keto Air Fryer Pizza
If you follow a low-carb keto or carnivore diet and still crave that delicious traditional carb-laden pizza, then your cravings are finally over, because this zero-carb crust pizza will more than satisfy those cravings. What's more is that it uses an air fryer, so the cooking time is only about 15 minutes
CRUST INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
- 12 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup shredded provolone
- 2 tbsp low carb pizza sauce e.g. Rao's brand

DIRECTIONS:
- Thoroughly mix the crust ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl using a fork or spatula
- Pre-heat your air fryer to 400 F or 204 C & set the timer for 10 minutes
- Remove the vented grill from the air fryer drawer & spread the raw chicken crust evenly across it using a spatula
- Place the raw crust in the air fryer drawer
- When the air fryer temperature reaches the set point, place the drawer in the air fryer
- Check the crust periodically & flip it over when the top surface turns golden brown, which took 7 minutes in my case
- Check the crust periodically & remove from the air fryer when the flipped side becomes golden brown (3 minutes in my case)
- Add toppings starting with the sauce, followed by half of the cheese, then the pepperoni & lastly the remaining cheese
- Place back in the air fryer and cook until the toppings reach your desired doneness, which took about 5 minutes in my case
